Congratulations! Your offer was accepted. In Massachusetts, you typically have 7-14 days to sign the Purchase and Sale Agreement. Several important deadlines follow.
Work on Multiple Tasks in Parallel
Schedule your inspection, contact attorneys, finalize pre-approval, and review the P&S draft simultaneously. Don't wait to finish one before starting another.
Your First 45 Days Timeline

Offer Accepted

Days 1-2
Earnest Money Due
- •Deliver initial deposit to escrow

Inspection Period

P&S Signing
