Wachusett Home Inspection is owned and operated by Mark Fratoni (MA License #821), a Certified Master Inspector based in Leominster, MA. Mark holds an associate degree in automotive technology from Mount Wachusett Community College and a bachelor's degree in business from UMass, and apprenticed under one of the best inspectors in the area before starting his own practice. He grew up working with tools and brings a natural curiosity to every inspection — including the 'yucky' places most people avoid. Mark inspects everything from 150-year-old Massachusetts homes to modern new construction, and delivers photo-driven narrative reports designed to give clients lasting clarity well beyond the inspection day. He is constantly pursuing accredited education and believes the moment you think you 'know enough' is when problems start.
