Tiger Home Inspection was founded in 1990 by Joseph Rizzo and Carl Pucci, and is now owned and operated by Sean and Jay Rizzo, continuing the family tradition. Headquartered in Braintree, MA, Tiger has grown into the largest independent home inspection company in New England, serving Eastern Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. Tiger was instrumental in forming the Massachusetts Council of Independent Home Inspectors and played a leadership role in establishing licensing requirements for the industry. The company has been honored by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce as a Blue Chip Initiative Enterprise winner and is a multi-year recipient of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce's "Success Profiles" designation. All inspectors undergo Tiger's intensive internal training program and meet or exceed Massachusetts and New Hampshire continuing education requirements. In addition to residential inspections, Tiger has a dedicated commercial property inspection division.
