Goldeneye Home Inspections is a family-owned, North Shore-based company that has been performing home inspections since 2010, with over 2,000 inspections completed. Owner Derek Grace is a Massachusetts Licensed Home Inspector (License #1057), Board Certified Master Inspector, InterNACHI member, Certified Radon Tester, and Certified Wood Destroying Insect Inspector through NEPMA. All inspections are conducted to the Massachusetts Standards of Practice, covering structural, electrical, heating and cooling systems, plumbing, roof, attic, bathrooms, and kitchens. Every inspection includes quality color photos, and reports are emailed the same day.
